A hand recount will be a good thing.

The voters will have an opportunity to learn what goes on in those election centers in every county.

I look forward to it and will support it.

42 votes on the 2nd try. A hundred something on the first count. Who knows what it will be the next time? Shouldn't these numbers match? The point of a recount is to make sure they didn't miss anything. When the numbers keep changing, it means they're missing some votes that should have counted.

Considering the sheer number of ballots cast, it is only a matter of time before Gregoire manages to steal this one. Then this is surely heading to the courts. Considering the futility of her winning at the appellate level, what with the gross violations of law over the handling of the provisional ballots, you would think that some adult in the Gregoire camp would think to tell her to pretend that she has enough character to be considered for some future candidacy. But. The lust for power that drives these politicians is all-consuming. Ask Al Gore if he was right to sacrifice himself for the democrats in 2000.

At least King 5 news thinks that it might be over, however.
