Democratic Presidential hopeful Sen. John Edwards speaking to a union audience in Youngstown, OH recently [audio 2:24]
My mother is a retired member of the Letter Carriers. She and my father have healthcare today only because of the union. This is not an academic issue for me. I've lived through this.Listen to the emphasis on the word only.
Edwards is worth, what, tens of millions of dollars and he's not willing to pitch in to help take care of his own parents?

Actually, that slogan works well for all Democrats and most Republicans.
