Ha'aretz reports that
The U.S. administration, citing "national security needs and special circumstances" to bypass Congressional prohibitions, is sending $20 million in special aid to the Palestinian Authority to help strengthen the government of Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas.Along these lines, we might expect the Bush administration, in the name of "national security" to also make the following payments:
$65 million to Al Qaeda, LLC to strengthen their honey impot/export business.
$9 million to Sammy "The Bull" Gravano so he can start a check-cashing store.
$500 thousand to Robert Scheer so he can take a sabbatical from his weekly column.
$160 thousand and a one-way ticket to Patagonia for Ashton Kutcher
